⭐️Firstly I always say get your protein from wholefoods first, but if you need a little help to reach your goal of 30g protein/meal, adding some protein powder can be a simple solution!
⭐️Protein is essential for our bodies to build and repair muscle, as well as all other tissue. It also keeps us fuller longer helping managing weight.
⭐️I currently use Bulk Organic Whey Protein as it’s flavourless and just 1 ingredient!
There’s lots of great recipes to add it to for breakfasts/snacks such as:
- [ ] Shakes
- [ ] Pancakes
- [ ] Tray Bakes
- [ ] Overnight Oats
- [ ] Yoghurt & Berries
Add flavour with:
- [ ] Banana
- [ ] Cocoa
- [ ] Matcha tea powder
- [ ] Vanilla essence
- [ ] Coconut
- [ ] Coffee etc
