Gentle strength, mobility and core classes for each Trimester.

This self-guided pre natal guide is designed to help you move confidently, build strength safely, and feel supported throughout pregnancy. Including:

  • 9 short, pregnancy-safe classes

  • Pelvic floor & core awareness

  • Pre natal PDF guide and workshop

  • Clear safety guidance

Move at your own pace, repeat sessions as often as you like, and take what feels right for you.

My name is Jess

I’m a personal trainer based in Didsbury, specialising in women’s strength at every stage — from beginners to pregnancy, perimenopause and beyond.

My approach is calm, supportive and realistic. I believe strength training can be for everyone.
